1. No liability accept for accidents. Ski School guests are responsible for taking out their own accident and third party insurance.

2. Please note that all privat tuition must be paid for before the lesson starts without exception. It is not possible to pay at your hotel or pension.

3. In case of injury or illness a refund on tickets can only be given on presentation of a doctor´s certificate from a local doctor. The unused portion of your ticket will be refunded.

4. The Ski School reserves the right to combine groups, which have become reduced to less than 5 participants.

5. PRIVATE LESSONS: Fix bookings must be cancelled by 5 p.m. the previous day otherwise we will charge for the full booking.

6. Course extension is only possible following a completed course and against presentation of the course ticket.

7. No reimbursements if lessons are cancelled because of bad weather condtions.
